Wastin Time Wisely is always happy to offer customers an exchange or refund for items purchased online within 30 days from the date received. We understand that with shopping online, sometimes the items you have chosen might not be exactly what you expected or not suit your caravan storage needs. We want you to love your items and be happy!! 

Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items unless there is a manufacture fault. 

We will not be responsible for items lost in transit and no refund will be processed. Tracking will be provided.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please contact us with to organise a return. Once received we will contact you with further instructions. Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in the original packaging

HOW DOES OUR REFUND SYSTEM WORK?

Once we have received your returned product and your return approved, we will refund to your original method of payment minus the original shipping cost. Please note refunds may take up to 5 business days depending on your provider.

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED / FAULTY / INCORRECT:

In the instance you have received a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect please notify us immediately. You must provide your order number, product and photos of the faulty or damaged item. Each claim must be sent within 24 hours otherwise after 24 hours your claim may not be guaranteed due to courier insurance.
