    Use & Care

    Before first use. pre season pan with cooking oil. Coat surface by wiping oil on with a paper towel. Place pan on low heat for 2 or 3 minutes. Pan is now ready for use. Do not use metal utensils on non-stick surface. Only cook using pan on low or moderate heat.

    Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent.

    Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers.

    Rinse Thoroughly

    Wipe dry with a soft cloth

    Pre - heat both sides of the pan over a medium heat with butter or oil. Divide whisked egg mixture between the two sides of the pan. Cook slowly on low heat. Cook until the centres have set. Add desired ingredients to the panside with handle . Fold omelette by gently closing the pan. Serve immediately.

    Fill pan (handle side] with water and place over moderate heal and bring to boil. Do not let the pan boil dry ! Season each poaching cups with butter or oil. Break one egg into each cup . Use the other half of the pan as a lid and close. Cook for approximately 4 minutes until the egg white is set but the yolk remains liquid. Invert eggs onto a serving plate. Serve immediately.
